There are many reasons people need their ear lobes fixed, army applications, new career, accidental damage from incidents where earrings have been ripped out. Sometimes it’s just personal choice that they no longer want stretched ears and decide to have them stitched up. Also, over many years of wearing heavy earrings, the ear lobe can become elongated and saggy. We can reduce the size of the ear lobe itself and repair the piercing slit at the same time as shown below.
